Whole house:6 month lodger wanted whilst traveling

Hello! Im looking for a lodger whilst I'm away with work for 6 months. I will be around in January for a bit, but after that you will have the place pretty much all to yourself! I'd love someone to feel at home in the house, so will do my best to accommodate any reasonable requests. The place is furnished and there's plenty of space for your things. At the end of the 6 months, I'm open to extending the rental period, depending on both of our situations. As I will be away for the time you are here, I'll split council tax but bills will be not be covered.

The space:
Located just off Gloucester road, walking distance to cafes, tesco superstore and coop. A huge bedroom with king bed and 2 built in wardrobes for storage. The house is a 2 bed Victorian mid terrace, with garden, utility, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. You'll have complete access to everything whilst I'm away, other than my bedroom. Council tax band B

A bit about me:
I'm an ex-engineer turned odd-job adventurer. I spent the summer mountain biking from Canada to Mexico with 3 girlfriends and I love being outdoors in any capacity. Otherwise, I love to chill out at home, cook good food, go climbing and have friends round in the garden for a BBQ.
