Newly Decorated Hotel Style Room

Hi there,

I’m Daisy and I am looking to rent out my spare room on a Monday - Friday basis, both short and long term considered.

My lovely flat is on Gloucester Road in Bishopston, it has been recently renovated and there is a gorgeous roof terrace accessible from your bedroom! You’d be welcome to use all the amenities, kitchen has coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher. I also have Hive heating and great broadband.

I can also clean the room, change bedding and offer fresh towels each week for an extra £25. You can of course leave bits between visits as the bed has ottoman storage.

Location wise, I’m in the heart of Bishopston, up by Better Food/Fed & Boston Tea Party. I am also only a few minutes away (by car) from the m32, Clifton, town centre and both the BRI and Southmead hospitals.

Bishopston area is not parking permitted so you can park across the area, but we are in a central location so naturally you can’t guarantee the same spot each day.

I’ve put a lot of love ❤️ into my new home and I looking forward to sharing it with someone soon.

Also deposit is negotiable dependent on length of stay. I don’t have any pets but I would potentially consider a small doggo, but be aware we have brand new cream carpets!

A little about me? I work in the charity sector, I enjoy acting, spoken word, keeping fit and beach trips. I work quite long hours so you’d have the flat to yourself more often than not.
