En-suite room in Bishopston

One room has become available in our house in Bishopston.

The flat (top two floors of a victorian terrace) has 3 double bedrooms. You'll be sharing with Matteo, a chef, and Luca, a musician and music teacher. The house does not have a garden, but there is a shed for up to 3 bikes. The kitchen/living room has got large south facing windows where the sun shines all day long (ehm, when it is sunny that is), which makes the room a light, airy and warm place to either snooze, work or make photosynthesis.

Luca is a musician, community artist and singing teacher and he’s been living in Bristol for almost 9 years but he’s originally from Italy.
He loves reading (one of his favourite writers is Cormac Mccarthy) and watching movies.
He’s also a Shaolin Kung fu and Zen practitioner. He is sociable although sometimes he needs some personal space and he’s respectful and sensitive.

Matteo is a chef who works mostly evenings. To relax he likes to read, watch movies or play a few matches of backgammon.
He dislikes those very wide forks from Ikea.

Matteo and Luca are both friends with the landlady and are looking for someone tidy and respectful, who can look after the place they live in as if it was their own, caring for the the space, the plants, and sharing a loving, homely atmosphere. Dinners together, chats, sharing of stories and thoughts are always welcome. Respect for everyone's spaces and boundaries is also, as you'd expect, very welcome.

Now, onto the details.

The room is on the top floor, it is a large (larger than it looks in pictures for sure) double with a king size bed, an open wardrobe, a small desk and an ensuite bathroom. The previous tenant has left some furniture which you can decide to keep, or we can remove. The price is £650 per month.

The room has been vacated already and the landlady is planning to come at the end of January to redecorate the room, so so we’re ideally looking for someone who can move in from February or as soon as possible.
