We are looking for a female flatmate

Hello everyone!

We are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely house in Brynland Avenue (BS7) to come and live with us at some point in the second week of March.

We are Esther and Carlos, two Spaniards who have lived in Bristol for nearly 10 years. Esther works in an office in the city centre, and Carlos is an editor; our schedules vary depending on work: sometimes we work from the office, but we frequently have to work from home. We enjoy everything related to art, from live music to art galleries, museums, film festivals, and watching a film at Watershed. We are not a party house, but we invite friends for dinner occasionally over a nice glass of wine or water. We love cooking, sharing meals, dancing, singing, reading, and nature walks. This is a creative environment.
We are vegetarians most of the time. However, we may eat fish very occasionally.

We are looking for a person (preferably a female) who is clean and tidy and respects the shared spaces - someone looking for a place to call home rather than just a place to stay. A person who likes sharing meals and laughs and appreciates having time alone.

At the moment, the duties of the house are organised following a rota, and we share pretty much everything. You will be responsible for cleaning a different part of the house each week.

We also split the journeys to the supermarket and the cooking. We share the weekly cost of shopping at the supermarket, Preserve or Grocery store. You are welcome to join this system, but it is also fine if you prefer to buy your food and cook for yourself only.

The room costs £625, all bills included. However, this price may vary slightly depending on the landlord, bills, and the general cost of living.
The deposit is £475.
