Gloucester Road is full of amazing independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
The room is spacious (4m x 2m, 9ft x 14ft) and comes with a double bed, armchair, wardrobe, drawers and side table. I can add a desk if you need one. The shared bathroom is just across the hall. The flat has a large kitchen opening onto a lovely garden, as well as an open plan dining room and TV snug. The garden has a patio with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing at sunset. Free on-street parking is available.
I’m a friendly live-in landlord, I work from home doing health research. I am usually out a few nights a week playing netball, swimming, doing woodwork or at the cinema. Molly, my tortoise-shell cat, lives with me too and can mainly be found snoozing on her fav blanket on the sofa. She’s very welcoming in exchange for head rubs.
Short or longer term lets considered. £900 per month for full-time or £750 for Mon to Fri.
