1 Bedroom available in a shared house

Hi everyone!!

I am urgently looking for a student to fill the room for the remainder of my tenancy!!
I'm an erasmus student and lived here for a year but have to leave early to work in my hometown, I had a great time, the neighborhood is safe and calm with several shops close-by and an easy access to the center or campus for someone not knowing the city as myself ;)

The tenancy would be from May to August, there is also a possibility to renew a contract and stay for the following year.

- it's in Bishopston, BS7 9DT
- on Gloucester Road (with lots of charity shops!!)
- 35 mins walking distance from University of Bristol (20mins by bus)
- 30 mins walking distance from the centre (15mins by bus)
- 30 mins distance by bus from UWE Frenchay (50 mins walking distance)
- close to many shops
- double bed
- a washing machine
- the other tenants are nice :)
- Cost: £675/month + approximately £50 for bills
