As the Landlord, I strive to create high quality accommodation and to provide security and support for my tenants. The only thing I’m crazy about is vigilant recycling and cleanliness in the shared areas; I like everything to be cleaned weekly on a rota basis – all the hallway floors, carpets and especially the kitchen. The rule is, you clean as you cook and leave the kitchen in wonderful condition, ready for the next person.
I hate agents because they’re useless so, as a tenant, you’ll be dealing directly with me, someone who acts immediately to replace, for example, a broken washing machine. We have a house WhatsApp for communication and to report any problems. All bills are included except the energy which is managed by the housemates. Pet owners welcome, especially dogs!
