We have fixed unlimited bills capped at £80 + council tax makes this property around £600 all inc.
The room is available from mid may to end of June/mid July. (Slightly flexible)
I have really loved living here but i'm sadly moving away. We have a Massive garden and it's so close to Saint Andrews park too. Co-op, Lidl and Sainsbury's all in walking distance and the gym just around the corner. Good balance of socialising. Big shared communal area downstairs with rooms being more private.
