Posting on behalf of my brother who is leaving his shared student house and is looking for someone to take over his lease (students only). His lease runs until the end of September and you will be able to sign on for another year after his lease runs out too. Rent is £675 a month going up to £700 for the next academic year with all bills included apart from WiFi, which shared between everyone is about £5 a month per person. Comes furnished and the current household is 6 males and 1 female. The property has a shared living room and two bathrooms and there is a garden with parking available on the street outside the house. Flatmates are all really lovely and friendly.
