It’s a spacious house with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a lounge and a garden.

Ad is for one double bedroom on the ground floor of the house. Room comes with double bed and matress, dresser and set of drawers.

Although we don’t have a drive, there isn’t permit parking and so it’s pretty easy to find somewhere to park nearby.

The house is in a great location, its on a quiet street about a 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road, so its near lots of shops, restaurants, takeaways, pubs and bus routes.

It’s also got a gym and cricket ground just up the road, has parks within walking distance and Aldi and Lidl are very near.

We are a friendly and tidy group of people who spend a fair amount of time together. We enjoy board games, going to the pub, watching new series, cycling, running, cooking, baking, trying new restaurants, chill nights in, etc.

Looking for a similar-minded individual to join us who works 9 to 5 weekdays.
