Quiet double room near Gloucester Road

I have a quiet and spacious double room available in my house which is at the top of the house overlooking gardens. It’s fully furnished - (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, work desk, small sofa, large mirror). There’s another adjoining space which can be used to store items.
I’m retired and live at the property with my small dog. I’m out and about every day - I go to the gym and do lots of walking and hiking.
The shared bathroom is spacious and newly renovated. There’s also a downstairs loo. You would share the well-equipped kitchen-diner where there is a fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob and oven, it also has sofas and bi-fold doors to the patio and garden.
The surrounding area is vibrant, with a multitude of bars, restaurants and pubs. Gloucester Road is close by with all its independent shops. It’s a 7 minute walk to the cricket ground. Frequent buses go to the city centre and also to Filton and Southmead.
There is free parking on the road.
