Single bedroom available in existing house-share in a lovely 4-bed home.

The location is great - a nice, quiet street, but only a 2 minute walk from the vibrant bustle of Gloucester Road. It's a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with easy connections to the city centre, Filton, etc.

My housemates are very easy to get along with, they'll invite you to the pub or movie night or leave you alone depending on what you prefer. We're all young working professionals and friends; I'm just moving away and need someone to take on my part of the tenancy.

There's a large kitchen, comfy living room and nice sunlit garden to enjoy.
Bills are sorted by my housemates and shared evenly between everyone. House is Council Tax band C.
There is free on-street parking and a bike store with a secure lock.

Females preferred but males considered, and age range given is flexible. Must be willing to help out with house chores.
