Lovely room near Gloucester Road

Single bedroom available in existing house-share in a lovely 4-bed home.

The location is great - a nice, quiet street, but only a 2 minute walk from vibrant Gloucester Road with all its (many) cafes, bars and clubs in Gloucester Road/Stokes Croft. It's a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with easy, quick connections to the City Centre (20 mins) and to north Bristol/Parkway (20 mins).

My housemates are very easy to get along with, they'll invite you to the pub or movie night or leave you alone depending on what you prefer. We're all young working professionals and friends; I'm just moving away and need someone to take on my part of the tenancy.

There's a large kitchen, comfy living room and nice sunlit garden to enjoy.
Bills are sorted by my housemates and shared evenly between everyone. In total they come to about £100pp. House is Council Tax band C.
There is free on-street parking.

Technically unfurnished but I’m happy to leave the bed & mattress behind if you need.

Females preferred but males considered, and age range given is flexible. Must be willing to help out with house chores. Bonus points if you like Clone Wars, know obscure Peep Show references or play a random musical instrument.
