We’re looking for friendly, tidy professional to rent a room in our lovely Victorian Terrace!
About us:
I’m Tom (the live in landlord), I’m 32 years old and have lived in Bristol my whole life.
You’ll be living with myself, my girlfriend (mature student) and one other professional who respect each other’s space, but are equally happy socialising as a house. A few of our interests include going to gigs, cooking, travelling, and of course films/TV!
About the house:
The house is a five-minute walk from Gloucester Road, with friendly neighbours either side. We have a double room with a shared (with one other) family bathroom available for £800 pcm. All bills are included with 300mb of Virgin Internet. The room comes unfurnished, expect for a small wardrobe. We have a large, shared kitchen/diner, downstairs WC and a cosy living room with TV etc. There is also a garden with bench, bbq and back access. There’s plenty of free parking on the roads surrounding the house too. If you want to live in a peaceful, pleasant and homely house then this is probably a good fit!
Please note that we have no bike storage available at the house, but free on-street parking is possible.
We ideally want someone to move in end of September/beginning of October but we can be flexible plus or minus a couple of weeks.
