Two lovely double rooms

I have two quite rooms available in the same house, good for two friends. The house is next to St Andrew's park. 10 min from Aldi and Lidl. New double bed with new mattress, new desk, in the room there is a wardrobe and a drawer. Is better to come to have a look or text me to have video or more pics In the house there is a new carpet. One room is on the grand floor with the door on the garden, the other one is on the top. In the house there is a laundry, one living room with TV, 3 fridges, 3 bathrooms, 6 people, 6 rooms, very quite house,. All of them work. No smoke, no party. Need one month in advance as deposit in DPS. In the corner bus nr 70. 20 min on foot to city center. All bill are included but in the winter when the electricity and gas bill is up then £150, you have to pay the difference. Please contact me ASAP if you are interested. Viewings on Sunday or Saturday
