Description

Greetings :)

Two vibrant, creative women in their early 30s, a three year old boy, and two cats are looking for a lovely, conscious woman to join our beautiful home.

Your room is street-side (it's a quiet street and pretty calm) and gets the morning sun. Furnished with a bed and chest of drawers, plus storage - a walk-in wardrobe/cupboard with a rail and shelving.,

The house itself is so CUTE!! The kitchen (with oven, conduction hob) leads out onto a little terrace and garden with an apple and cherry tree. Any garden aficionados so welcome to share your love and creativity!

The shower has good pressure and the bath is obviously a massive bonus for long soaks :)

There's a washing machine and dryer that are both in good working order., as well as the best water filter you can find.

Location wise we're just off the Gloucester Rd making connections to bus routes really convenient, but far enough back to not be disturbed by the noisy traffic.

Rent is £650 per month plus bills - around £75 each. There's Council Tax, internet, water, gas, electric. Ideally we'd each take on one or two and manage that account and collecting monthly payments.

For cleaning products and shared goods we have a Tricount.

And a bit about us. I'm Rebecca, 34, training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy at the moment, and in the process of launching my healing business which I sometimes run from home, offering treatments in the house (will liaise with you about days/times as and when). I love to dance and sing and get out in nature, as well as chat astrology.

Scarlet is an artist and musician, events manager for BFN (Bristol Femme Night) now under the name of Queer Arts, an LGBTQ+ performance arts, music, spoken word and poetry event. She is currently studying Tarot and has natural abilities within the spiritualist realms. She is passionate about personal growth and a spiritual path, enjoys pagan ritual and celebrating the Sabats. Interests also involve, festivals, community, indigenous medicines, herbology and nutrition. Nature, walking, cats, whippets, queer spaces, feminism. Enjoys visiting family in Berlin, travel, Indian culture. Highly creative, queer and neurodivergent and a cosmic, astral witch.

Noah is three years old, very bright and sociable, he’s highly imaginative and likes being funny. His favourite food is peanut butter and he loves cats.

This would suit someone who's looking to build a home and feel comfortable, engaging in open dialogue and addressing things as and when they come up in a calm and respectful way, and who's aware of living in a shared space and is mindful of cleaning up after themselves, as well as happy to get involved in a cleaning rota (yes, it's kind of an awful word but it keeps the cleaning harmonious and done!!)

If you're interested in the room get in touch and let me know a bit about yourself and if you have any questions. Keen to get viewings rolling ASAP :)
