Beautiful Room in friendly chilled household

Heya everyone we are looking for a new female house mate to move into our shared house in Bishopston.

Rent is 650pm (bills included) and the deposit is £650 with DPS. DSS is accepted and small pets are welcome, but no dogs or cats as we already have a lovely little house dog ( I also have tree frogs and three Geckos)

Move in date would is flexible but the sooner the better :)

Size. Medium/large

House has two washrooms. One room with a toilet, bath and sink and the other with a shower and sink 😊
We are all kind and bubbly working professionals, mostly approaching 30. The house is animal friendly and muscial (but not loud). I own 5 frogs, a leopard gecko and two cresties,
Ali also has a mini zoo in her room! We live in a very chilled environment and don't like stress, also smoking friendly but respect those in the house who don’t ! 😊 we have a beautiful garden and the worlds nicest landlord!

Currently in the house is myself (Cal), Ali , Gypsey and Tia and we need our 5th family member !

Cal (male) 32 Hip hop artist, Graphic Designer, illustrator and Animator. I own my own clothing and merchandise business called Cal’s Planet. I love animals and have 4 Tree frogs and a Leopard Gecko. If you like animals and creative thing’s we’ll get along just fine! Also mad about plants!

Ali (female)- 28, studying wildlife conservation, creative and arty. Ali loves drawing and crafting cute jewellary peices and often joins me at markets. She has a huge passion for wildlife and loves an adveture into the wilder areas of Bristol.

Gypsie- 26
Big fan of the garden and having a chilled smoke outside. Always down for a laugh and genuinely a lovely human. Gypsie currently works at Tiger and loves a night out.

Tia
Tia is the newst member of the house and is here on a visa from Australia. He loves to cook and has a lot of friendly aussie banter. He currently works as a TA in a school for children with learning difficulties.

(p. s we also have a little gym in our back garden)
You will be assigned a kitchen cupboard with a Rick and Morty character on it as is tradition ! 😃
