Small Double Room in Bishopston

Hi folks,

We have a small double room available for move in date the 10th of October.

*About the house:*
- room is a small double at the back of the house facing the garden and looking out onto trees & greenery!
- rent is 533 + 135 bills per month
- area is very quiet with lots of trees
- 4 mins walk to shops and cafes of glouster road
- 10 minute walk to St Andrews park
- 6 minute cycle into centre of bristol
- 20 minute bus to temple Meads
- closest train stations are redland and montplier, both a 5 min drive or 15 min walk.

*About us!*

Ed: he/him, 30, timber framer, enjoys: climbing, cooking, being outside and terrible dad jokes

Charlie: he/him, 30, carpenter enjoys: skating & baking sweet treats

Izzy: she/her, 27, studying permaculture enjoys: being outside, reading and cosy chats with cups of tea

*Who we are looking for...*

-Ideally a female identifying person, age 27-37 years old.

- must be clean and tidy and have initiative to chip in to keep ontop of those bits on the reg!

- someone chilled, warm and friendly! We are a pretty wholesome bunch, love music & heading out for a dance but definitly not out pulling all nighters and or massive party heads these days!

- no pets & room is single occupancy
