Double Room in Friendly Postgrad Student House

We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely, relaxed postgrad student home, just off Gloucester Road.

The available double room comes fully furnished, with a bathroom shared with two other housemates. We have a shared kitchen/ living area with a lovely view of Gloucester Road and St. Andrews Park. For those with a bike or car, we have a secure bike shed and free on-street parking.

The location is great, we couldn't ask for a better spot. We have independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on our doorstep, and St Andrews Park a short walk away. We are a 10-minute cycle or 25-minute walk to the University of Bristol, and a 10-minute cycle or 35 minute walk into the city centre. We have easy access to a main bus artery.

We are a house of three PhD students working in different departments at the University of Bristol. We are all clean, friendly and sociable, but respect each other's space and have our own hobbies and interests that keep us busy.
We are into films, crafts, running, gigs and trying new restaurants :)

Ideally, we're looking for a fellow postgraduate student to keep the house dynamic similar. However, we are open to considering a young professional. Please be aware that if you are not a student, you will be liable for the property's council tax (approx. £100/month after the single-person discount).

Rent:£520 per month
Bills: Average around £50 per month
Security Deposit: £688 (Please note: while rent is split by room size, the deposit is split equally).
