Our lovely flat mate is off back to New Zealand so we are looking for someone to take his room. Sociable household. Currently occupying the top 2 floors. Separate lounge, 2 bedrooms (occupied), kitchen and bathroom on first floor. Bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an additional smaller studio/office room on the top floor. The room available is on the top floor at the back of the property.
Chest of drawers will stay in the room and there is availability to purchase the bed frame and mattress from previous tenant.
Currently living there are 2 females and 1 male, all professionals in early to mid 20s. Looking for someone who brings a similar atmosphere to the flat and likes to be fairly sociable.
