Double room near Gloucester Road

Large attic room in easy-going family 5-bed house. Close to St Andrews park (3 mins walk), and Gloucester Road (5 mins walk). Shared areas include 2 bathrooms, huge living room with woodburner, kitchen with everything you might need, separate utility room, garden with barbecue etc. Room is bright, with dormer window offering big views over Clifton, and a velux. There's lots of built-in storage in cupboards plus chest of drawers. desk/table, and plenty of room for a guest bed. All bills, council tax and fast broadband included. Street parking is not regulated and is almost always available within 30m of the house. Family is two working professionals (sociologist and IT) and occasionally student son/daughter. We are very relaxed and love travel, theatre and especially cooking. We've had many lodgers and enjoy sharing and meeting new people, cooking together etc if you are up for it - but equally this is a house that can be quiet too. Looking for young professional or postgraduate student but open-minded.
