Shared areas include 2 bathrooms, huge living room with woodburner, 45 sqm kitchen with everything you might need - dishwasher, food mixer, etc - and sofas. Separate utility room, garden with barbecue etc. Room is bright and has it's own basin. There's a king-sized carved wooden bad, lots of storage in an antique cupboard plus 2 chest of drawers. dressing table and plenty of room for a guest bed. Decorative fireplace too. All bills, council tax and fast broadband included. Street parking is not regulated and is almost always available within 30m of the house. Family is two working professionals (sociologist and IT) and one lodger. We are very relaxed and love travel, theatre and especially cooking. We've had many lodgers and are sociable - enjoy sharing and meeting new people, cooking and eating together etc - but equally this is a house that can be quiet too. Looking for young professional or postgraduate student but open-minded. We have pet fish. Happy to consider pets but sorry no cats as I am allergic and current lodger has a dog often staying.
