The room is comfortable and comes with its own bathroom, offering good privacy. The building also provides secure underground parking and bike storage.

The location is very convenient, close to local shops, cafés and ashley down train into the city centre. The building is well maintained and generally quiet.

The water bill is included in the rent which is an added bonus. Council tax is band D.

I’m a tenant who’s been here a year looking for a young professional housemate who’s respectful, clean, tidy and easy to live with and enjoys a chilled night in but is also keen to have a drink and socialise! I’m also more than happy to suggest cooking meals for each other on the odd occasion, whatever works best.
