Friendly house share BS7 - Short or Long Term

A bright and cozy double bedroom is available in our friendly shared house just off Gloucester Road.

With a new job in London it's time for me to fly the Bristol nest and my small but oh so cosy room is now up for grabs.

The room is available initially as a sublet from March 1st, with the contract renewing in May and the option to stay on long-term for the right person. Happy to discuss short on long term options, just let me know in your message.

The house features a good-sized garden (great for summer), a comfortable shared living area, and a shared bathroom. We also have one off-street parking space, plus plenty of on street parking around.

You’ll be living with three easygoing and sociable guys (31/31) who keep the house clean, relaxed, and welcoming. We love a good chat in the evenings or over at the sauna but super respectful that we all live busy lives.

Who you'll be living with:
Three lovely lads who are 30/31 and all have flexible jobs with a mix of WFH and in the office. Dave works in marketing, Bash is an online coach and Booth is making waves in the Bristol Sauna scene!
