Fully furnished - Double bed with mattress, 2 chest of drawers, 2 smaller sets of 3 drawers, mirror, bookcase and a wardrobe! Really cosy and spacious
You’ll be sharing with 3 others all in their 20s - Amy, Jack and Teddy. A friendly relaxed household
Rent is £680 a month with a £670 deposit (we all pay £10 extra as Amy’s room is smaller)
Bills not included but are £62 for council tax band B, £6 WiFi, Electricity is about £30 per month and water £15
There’s Sainsburys, Waitrose, Co Op and Tescos minutes away and amazing independent shops and restaurants.
