Double room available on Gloucester Road

Hey 👋

We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our friendly four bed flat on Gloucester Road.

The flat is bright and spacious with a separate kitchen and living room where we cook, eat and chill in the evenings. The location is also great with loads of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants on our doorstep, as well as easy links to the rest of Bristol, whether walking or catching the train from Montpelier station.

You'd be living with myself Alice (F33), Ellis (M33), and Sam (M34). We're sociable and creative people, but also independent with our own interests and hobbies. We do like the pub and go out for the occasional meal as a house.

We're looking for someone who clicks with our vibe, so if the flat sounds like the place for you, drop me a message and we can get you in for a viewing. Ideally, we're looking for another young professional aged 29 - 36. We like to keep the place clean and we aren't a big party house, though we do have mates round for small gatherings from time to time.

Bills & Rent:

- Bills are separate to the rent and vary depending on monthly usage.
- Rent is £475 and is taken on the 14th of the month.
- Deposit is £540.
- The room is available from the 8th - 15th of December.
- If you drive, there's plenty of free parking on neighbouring streets.
