Double room available in friendly house share

Hello everyone! We are looking for a fourth housemate in our lovely home, that is well-used and loved, but clean and tidy, with a beautiful garden.

The room is a double, unfurnished room located on the ground floor. There's free parking available on the street as well as bus routes on Gloucester Road.

We're generally a social house, looking for someone to match our vibe as we're all friends. In the evenings, we tend to hang out in the kitchen or living room together and spend time in the garden when it's warm 🌞

We are 28-29 and are looking for someone around a similar age. We're respectful of each other and keep the house clean, so we have a cleaning rota that's bi-weekly along with general cleaning and upkeep. The room is available from the 22nd December. Viewings available from the 19th November. We are also a queer-friendly house and occasionally go on trips, nights out and day trips and parties together ☺️

A bit about us:
Asad (he/him), 28 (soon). An outgoing person who is always looking for new things to do and places to visit - generally being very social. Very into music and occasionally make tunes, like all kinds of creative outlets, board games, walks/hiking, sports (bouldering, tag rugby, tennis), and the occasional day trip or night out. I currently work from home in the local government data sector.

Ash (she/her) 29. Work full-time at a bakery so always bringing home bread! mostly enjoy cooking, reading, painting/drawing, plants and weekends away. Very much enjoy being sociable and going out to events, day parties, nights out, pubs, etc, but also super enjoy downtime for art, writing, films, etc.

Jessie (she/her) 28. Full time student studying OT and also a support worker. I love being outside, making things out of resin, doing graffiti, urban exploring, doing crafts, walking, and going to gigs and festivals! Am also very sociable / extroverted and enjoy going to the pub / going to events and seeing see live music.

The rent for the room is £575 per month, bills not included, which comes to roughly £80-£120 per month (Council tax band C) DSS accepted.
