Furnished double room in friendly postgraduate student house share on Gloucester Road.

Shared bathroom between 3, and shared open kitchen/living area with a great view over Gloucester Road. Bills are around £60 a month on top of rent.

There’s free street parking, and we also have a bike shed. Location-wise UoB is 25 minute walk or 10 minute cycle away, St Nick’s market is a 35 minute walk or 10 minute cycle, and there’s loads of independent shops, cafes, and pubs nearby. We’re also close to bus stops and Redland train station.

We’re a cosy and sociable house of three women, all PhD/masters students. We enjoy hanging out for live music, films, running, and weekend hikes - but we also respect each other’s space and busy schedules.

We’re looking for a fellow postgrad who’s planning to stay for a while! The room will be free from 1st Feb.
