Room in friendly houseshare on Gloucester Road

I’m looking for someone to take over my beloved room on Gloucester Road. My housemate also has an ad up, so if you see another ad, you’re welcome to message either of us 😊. I’ve semi-moved already, so it’s helpful to have an ad up myself too.

The room is big, bright and spacious - I currently have a king size bed in there and still manage to fit the rest of my many things. It’s gets the natural light all day, which is great if you’re working from home, or having a lazy day on the weekends and still want a sense of that sweet vitamin D.

It’s right in the middle of vibrant Gloucester Road, famous for its’ big selection of independant shops, pubs and restaurants. It’s also just a five mins walk from St Andrews park ☀️

You’ll be living with Alice (33), Sam (35) and Ellis (33), who are all lovely. They enjoy the occasional trip to the pub, chilling in the lounge and the occasional dinner together. It’s the perfect balance of social and chill/understanding, when people feel like keeping to themselves on more introverted days.

The room is £475 per month.
Bills are separate and vary according to use. These tend to vary between £70-£100 per person (Summer-Winter) and include council tax, internet, water, gas and electricity. So monthly outgoings for the room in total are still under £600, which is unheard of for this area.

The amazing price for the area is down to the fact we have lovely landlords. They run the beautiful wine shop below, although completely leave us to ourselves and always give us notice if they need to check something. It’s also very handy at times (they’ve taken in so many parcels for me!).

I’ve lived here for 8 great years! The people I’ve lived with over all this time tend to stay for at least a few years, because it’s such a great spot. I have made many wonderful friends for life since living here and have so many very fond memories of this house. I’m sure you will make some great memories here too!
