● GF flat in a flat complex, with 3 other surrounding flats. Behind a soundproof and secure door to Gloucester road.
● Situated in Bishopston, 5 mins walk to St Andrews Park, on the street of Gloucester road's independent cafés, shops, and bars
● 10 mins walk to Montpelier train station.
Details
● Rent: £650 per month (+ bills + council tax- would be approx £240).
● Available from: January 2026 (but open to negotiation on an earlier move in date) to pay first sum of rent by the 11th of Jan.
● Paperwork from the new flatmate to be submitted 4 weeks prior to move in date (December) for the letting agents to carry out the referencing and organise the paperwork.

● Clare is in her final year doing a chemistry PhD and aside from this is a keen violinist, likes musicals and is very engaged at church. Carol works in construction project management and enjoys climbing, making great veggie food and painting.
● We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going to join us. Ideally we want someone who is Christian and queer friendly…! However just a nice considerate person would also be great. We live pretty busy, independent lives but enjoy the odd night together from time to time.
● We are fairly quiet in the week but enjoy socialising at the weekend and going to the pub / gigs etc and we would love to welcome someone into our beautiful flat.
