Double Room in a student house

We love where we live this year and would love to stay on in the house next year starting in July but have one more room to fill. The rent is affordable for the area and size of the house. Bills are roughly £11 a week on top of rent. We are friendly and enjoy hanging out in the chill and calm house we love. Looking for anyone interested. We are a mix of Christians and non Christian girls, doing a mix of subjects who play some musical instruments, enjoy playing Mario Kart and enjoy occasional nights out. We can only have students living in the house but could be from either UWE or UoB universities. House is comfortably warm in the winter, the bills are low. We have had no issues and have a really lovely landlady. The bedroom in the pictures is the one available. More photos can be provided on request :)
