Room to rent in spacious house in great location!

Hii, I'm Imogen (26, mental health worker), and i'm looking for two lovely new housemates to move in at the start of Feb (5th).

Both rooms are double and unfurnished, one current housemate is willing to sell bed and chest of drawers if needed!

The rent is £660 and bills come to around £130 a month. The contract is for 9months and then will be monthly rolling after that. The landlords are lovely and are on hand to pop over if there are any issues.

The house is a great location, I only moved to Bristol last year and I love it here so much. It's next to St Andrews Park and just off Gloucester Road too! There is on street parking (no permit needed), a back garden, lots of shared living space, a washing machine and dishwasher, and a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower.

As I am still relatively new to Bristol I would love to find two new friends to move in and make the house as homely as possible. I've just started dance classes, about to join a new gym, trying to get into more creative stuff so if you are already that's a bonus! and always up for coffee, walks and anything outdoors.
