I'm looking for someone to take over my double room on Cambridge Road, and it's available right now. It's a cosy double bedroom in a tucked away spot near a vibrant and lively part of Bristol. The room comes with a double bed, desk, chair, and a wardrobe.
The tenancy will end on the 26th August 2026
You'd be living with 2 girls and 2 guys. Three of them have full time jobs and there is one student. We get on with each other and the house is pretty chill, I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend.
It is £650 per month, bills are around £68.10 flat rate and everything is included (WiFi too), and the landlord is genuinely great - very responsive and always quick to sort any issues.
The house has:
* A large modern kitchen with a dishwasher
* A comfy modern living room
* 2 bathrooms between 5 people (one with a shower and toilet, one with just a toilet)
* Parking as well
