Hello from your future housemates.

We have 1 spacious unfurnished double attic room opening up and we are looking for a late 20s - early 40s professional to move in. Someone who’s looking for a calm, friendly, and communal home. The room is available from the 1st March.

Viewings will be in the evening of Monday 2nd or Wednesday 4th February.

THE HOUSE:
It's a big old house in Bishopston, just around the corner from Gloucester Rd (The Golden Lion, The Grace, Flyer bit) and St Andrews Park. Large front room, decent sized kitchen, dining room, garden and small utility room.

THE HOUSEMATES:
Phoebe: 31, set builder and carpenter - likes her allotment, folklore and antiques
Jasmine: 30, climate action engagement officer - likes foraging, colourful clothes, wild swimming and the outdoors
Carla: 27, works for a sustainability charity - likes growing food, cooking with the seasons and exploring dance
Hannah: 33, charity accountant loves dancing, hiking and improvised singing

ATMOSPHERE:
We're quite a chill bunch with our own social lives but we try to regularly have house meals where one of us chefs up a veggie feast for the house. We're clean, tidy and respectful of each others space and enjoy making the home a calm and friendly place to be. We value open communication, and make an effort to look after the space and each other.

PRACTICALS:
Rent is £480 a month plus roughly £120 for bills (council tax, elec, gas, TV license, WiFi). Deposit is £400. The landlord is really on it with any maintenance in the house.
