Description
Looking for someone to replace my flatmate by the 1st of April.
The flat is pretty cozy with a rather spacious living room to unwind in. The kitchen is fully functional and well laid out, equipped with ample cupboard space, an oven and hob, washing machine, and good countertop space for cooking and meal prep. The available bedroom is generously sized for a single tenant and is well lit. The location itself is pretty convenient with it being just off the main Gloucester Road providing access to a wide array of shops and cafes that are within walking distance. Bus stops are available close-by as well with buses that directly head towards UWE and the City Centre/UOB.
I do personally enjoy a household where everyone feels at ease and actually enjoys living together so I'm looking for a flatmate whose friendly, open, and up for the odd shared moment, while still respecting personal space. As for myself, I’m a 25-year-old fresh graduate, that's really into his cars and other nerdy hobbies — if it involves Transformers, video games, or techy deep dives, I’m probably into it. That said, I’m definitely not a shut-in. I enjoy the occasional night out but am just as content with cozy evenings at home.
Hoping to find someone by early March to hash out the new contract with the landlord in time so if you're looking for a cozy flat in a convenient location in Bishopston this will certainly be one of the best you could find.
