Sublet or Long-term (open to flexibility)

I need to sublet my room starting from June, but am open to someone long-term if that is what they are looking for too. All unique situations welcomed as we can phone call and work around each other. The room is HUGE with a lot of natural light. The house is just off Gloucester Road in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood. The housemates are all clean, friendly and like the space to be cosy and comfortable whilst all focusing on their own thing. Housemates work outdoors; permaculture course, working for wildlife trust, and carpentry. My room will be furnished (dependent on individual), bills included in price.
