Unfurnished Double Bedroom in Bishopston

We have an upstairs room available in our lovely four-bed in Bishopston, just off the top of Gloucester Road. We’re a short walk from Lidl as well as loads of corner shops and the bus stop is a 30 second walk away to get you into centre or uni.

The kitchen is a shared space and all amenities are communal (kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine). You would have your own cupboard space and shelf in the fridge. We have a garden (quite concrete) out the back that’s really nice to sit out in spring/summer.

We are all recent graduates, two of us still in hospitality and the other in 9-5. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly and happy socialise, ideally female but we’re open to meeting people! We’re also open to either students (ideally post grad or third year plus) or young professionals.

Bills - currently with Octopus for gas/electricity, which has cost us on average £30 a month since moving in, but would obviously be less over the summer months.
We’re with Virgin for wifi which is £7.75 a month, and our water bill is £20 a month. Council tax for the original tenancy period will already have been paid (until June 27th) but we are Band C if you plan to stay beyond then.
