Room available on Gloucester Road

We're looking for a new housemate to join us at our friendly four bedroom flat on Gloucester Road from the 15th of June.

The flat is bright and spacious with a separate kitchen and living room where we cook, eat, and chill in the evenings. The location is also great with loads of independent shops, bars and restaurants on our doorstep, as well as easy links to the rest of Bristol, whether walking or catching a train from Montpelier Station. There's also access to outdoor space as we're only a few minutes walk away from St Andrews Park - a great spot for lunch or reading a book in the sun.

You'd be living with myself Alice (F33), Ellis (M34) and Teigan (F28). We're sociable and like to have a laugh but also value our own space and have our own interests and hobbies outside of the flat. That being said, we like going to the pub or going out for a meal now and again.

The room will be painted and new carpets will be put down. The current tenant is happy to leave his bed frame and mattress, should you need it. It also has a mezzanine space outside that has been used to keep a clothes rail. The landlords have also arranged for the bathrooms to be re-decorated with new floors.

A bit about rent & bills:

• Rent is £515 pcm.
• Bills (including water, council tax, electricity and internet) comes to roughly £110 each pcm.

Ideally we're looking for someone aged between 28-35 who is easy going and clean. More importantly, we're looking for someone who clicks with our vibe, so if the flat sounds like the place for you, please drop me a message and we can book you in for a viewing.
