2 double bedrooms off Gloucester Road

Hello everyone! We are looking 2 people for 2 available double rooms in August in our lovely 4 bed home with a garden.

House and Rooms
Room 1: Downstairs unfurnished, front room, large double. Lots of evening afternoon/evening light. £600 monthly. Available from 17th of August but earlier move in date considered as soon as 1st of August.

Room 2: Upstairs unfurnished, back room, small double. Garden facing. £570 monthly. Available from 17th August but later move in date up to 31st August considered.

The house resides off Gloucester road with free on street parking. Deposit 5 weeks. Bills usually come to £120-£150. Council tax band C, DSS accepted.

Current tenants
We're generally a social house but like to keep the house a clean & calm sanctuary to come back to, rather than a party house. In the evenings, we tend to hang out in the kitchen or living room and spend time in the garden when it's warm 🌞 We are both 28 and are looking for someone around a similar age. We're respectful of each other and keep the house clean, so we have a cleaning rota that's bi-weekly along with general cleaning and upkeep. We occasionally go on trips, nights out, day trips, and parties together ☺️

Looking for someone to match our vibe who’s looking for a homely place to live and be a part of. We would prefer someone queer to move in but aren’t strict 🏳️‍🌈

About us
Jessie (she/her) 28, Queer. I am studying OT and also a support worker. I love being outside, making things out of resin, doing graffiti, urban exploring, doing crafts, walking, and going to gigs and festivals! Am also very sociable / extroverted and enjoy spending time with my friends, going to events and seeing see live music.

Asad (he/him), 28, Queer. I work at Bristol Council full time hybrid working. I’m generally very social and like to spend my time going to gigs/events, doing creative bits, playing board games, walks/hiking, sports (bouldering, tag rugby, tennis).
