1 Double bedroom available in shared flat

Hi, I'm moving out on October 4th and my double room will be available. You'll be living with one other person who is a good friend of mine and lovely to live with.

We are looking for someone female or from the LGBTQ community between 28 - 40 years old. Someone who is sociable but also respects and enjoys personal space, and also keeps things clean and tidy.

There is free parking on side roads nearby, however, there is limited parking on our actual road.

There is a coded gate to access the building, then the main door which leads into the postal area. If you cycle, your bike can be kept in this main area. There are 11 flats in total and ours is number 11. It is on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed via stairs.

In our flat, the bathroom, kitchen, and frontroom are shared spaces. The bedframe and clothes rail in the photos are both available for £35 each but I can take them with me if you have furniture to move in. I will confirm the bedroom measurements ASAP. There is some furniture in the flat that I will be taking with me, such as the mattress, and table and chairs.

You'll be living just off of Gloucester Road, near the little Waitrose, The Arches, and Montpelier Train station. There are fun bars near by, such as Mickey Zoggs, and The Gallimaufry, and lovely restaurants such as Mangosteen, Palomar, and The Saigon Kitchen. St Andrew's Park, and Cotham Gardens are both less than a 10 minute walk from the flat. Cabot Circus is around a 20 minute walk away or you can catch the 70, 74, 75, 76, or 77 bus which takes around 10 minutes to get into town.

My friend works from home most days and sometimes goes away on work trips.

We would like to meet you and you can have a viewing of the flat. We'll discuss logistics, such as the bills, bins, cleaning, furniture etc. Once a new tenant is confirmed, we will put you in contact with our landlord. They'll need your reference and a guarantor.

The rent is £750 per month and the bills are £170 each. There is a deposit of £865 to be paid to the landlord.
