Furnished double bedroom in friendly postgrad student house share.

Shared bathroom between 3, and shared kitchen/living room with lovely view of Gloucester Road. Bills not included - these come to around £50 per month. We also have free street parking and a bike shed.

UoB is a 25 min walk/10 min cycle away, and St Nick’s Market is a 35 min walk.

We’re a cosy house of 3 women, all masters/PhD students. We’re clean and friendly but also respect each other’s space and have our own lives. We’re into films, running, knitting/crocheting, cooking, and trying new restaurants :)

(Full time post grad students preferred but if you’re a working professional then council tax will be an additional approx £125 per month)
