The house is a 3 storey terrace in Bishopston, very close to (but not on) Gloucester Road and to St Andrew’s park. The room is on the upper floor looking over the street. The room available is large and comes furnished. There's 4 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a lounge and a decent sized garden (which also has a shed with space for a bike 🚲)

Our landlady will require proof of earnings and will undertake a credit check, as well as references. No students, couples or pets, sorry.
