About the house
We have a lovely large kitchen, living area and conservatory that backs on to the garden which is great on warmer days. We have a parking space which housemates share and there is also plenty of on street parking. The shared bathroom has a bath and shower. WiFi is included and we have all the mod cons; dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. We have inside storage and you are welcome to store a bike if needed.
Location
We are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (No 75 bus). Also 2 minutes from the local shop and pub. 10/15 minute walk to Lidl and a 15 minute cycle to town. We also have a couple of parks around us.
Housemates
You will be living with 2 housemates, who are both young professionals. All friendly, social and easy going.
About you
We would like our new housemate to also be a young professional. Be friendly, social, neat and tidy etc.
