Large En-Suite Available, Short Term Let (2 weeks)

Hey!

Renting my room out short term while I'm away on holiday.

The room is a spacious double with ensuite, built in wardrobe, desk and 50” wall mounted TV. It will be available for 2 weeks in total, which I've priced at £400 including bills. This will be an ideal base for anyone job hunting or looking for more permanent accommodation.

The house is a new build 4 bed semi detached not far from bedminster, and has good links to the city centre. It's fully furnished and you will have access to a shared living room and kitchen with all modern appliances (dishwasher, airfryer, washing/drying machines, personal fridge).

There's parking available on the driveway, which is shared with housemates.

You'll be living with 2 guys and a girl, 25-30. Fairly social house on weekends, but chill through the week.

Ideally looking for someone who is easy going, respectful and tidy.
