Garden Lodge

The Lodge is fully furnished, with one bedroom (with double bed), one bathroom and an open plan lounge/kitchen. Central heating and double glazed throughout and air conditioning included in the bedroom.

The kitchen has gas cooker, built in microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. There is access to a dryer at the house.

The Lodge is like a flat in the garden of my rental property, which is rented out to 3 guys in their late 20s, who are quiet and respectful.

Rent doesnt include bills (electric, water, council tax and Internet) will be shared with house tennants, which is approx £90 a month. Gas and Electric safety certificates provided. Gas bottles need to be refilled every few months.

This Lodge would be ideally suited for one independent person. There is also off-street parking and a shared garden (next to stream) with house, more photos will be uploaded soon.

Rent is negotiable depending criteria and lodge use. Tenancy Agreement and Deposit are created with independent Estate Agents. Short Term Lets preferred.
