Double room for cat lover and carer! Avail 17th au

Im looking for someone to rent a room in my house, likely for a shorter term basis to the end of the year whilst working away, although there's the possibility to be in room longer. Please note im looking for a lodger who is happy to care for a friendly cat - feeding and giving him a little attention.

Id like someone who is a working professional, considerate and able to keep things clean, importantly they need to be happy to provide cat care and be good at communication. (Cat food provided, and occasional use of timer, neighbour or myself to if not possible to feed)

The room has a double bed with drawers underneath, wardrobe, desk, drawers, shelf and overlooks the garden on sunny side of house. Shared bathroom, lounge, open kitchen/diner, garden space, shed. WiFi and freeview. The rent shown is based on single occupancy. But will consider a couple.

Area is South Bristol, Bishopsworth bs13, there is bus route to the centre (75/76) on the next road, and parking on the street, with some amenities like Pizza/coffee at Campus pool skatepark, Lidl, and Manor woods nearby and stream and woodland. If you are newer to Bristol it is a little further out and might not be for you, it is not near either Bristol Uni or UWE.

Bedminster and Centre are accessible by bus. Short car journey to Clifton, and not too far from North St/Southville Ashton Court too.
