X-Large double room with own bathroom

I have a bright double room in Bishopsworth available to rent to a female.

I’m a 42 year old professional mum working part time. I have 2 daughters aged 10 & 12 who live with me during the week and their Dad alternate weekends.

It’s a chilled female environment when we are at home, although we spend lots of time out at clubs and perusing hobbies and interests.

The room and bathroom are part of a side extension which feels slightly removed from the main house. If wanted, can have separate access via a side gate.

The room has bi-fold doors which let in a large amount of natural light. These open out onto a patio, which leads onto the large open south facing garden, which benefits from the sun all day. It’s a quiet garden, lots of birds and wildlife!

Looking for someone respectful, friendly and clean who needs a lovely home from home to live in on a temporary basis.

Clean and quiet at night really are key for me :-)
