Double Room to let

Up for rent I have my spare room on the Lakeshore development.
I'm looking for a quiet, friendly, clean, easy going housemate
I've rented the room twice to two lovely tenants in the past. You'll need to furnish it itself, however the room has a fitted closet, and your own private shower room just outside with some accessories I've fitted in for my last tenant :)
There is also a utility room outside your room

Just outside the room are stairs to the entrance hall, and then more stairs to the kitchen etc

Your room is right by the entrance to the flat, which leads out to gardens, bicycle section and a lift. The flat is on the ground floor.

On-site parking is on the complex but I don't own or use a space, but many of the residents lease their parking spots as not everyone drives

I spend half of my time at my boyfriends, so luckily you'll regularly have the place to yourself

The rent includes all bills, and there's access to the on-site free gym about a 20 second walk away from the flat itself :)

(My current house mate still has some of her things in the room as she's in between moving, but we're able to confirm the room will definitely be ready for the 15th September onwards, if not sooner)

First months rent required in advance (£700) along with deposit (£200) - £900. The room will be deep cleaned and made as new as possible for you after this.
