Large double room in family home - Bishopworth

We are looking for a lodger to take on a double room in our family home in Withywood, Bishopsworth.

The room is furnished. In the picture there is a cot and a TV which will move and give you more space. We can take our the drawers if you would rather they weren't there too. Feel free to put pictures on the walls and make it feel homely within reason.

In the house is myself Dotty (38) with our two children who are three and one and Louise (27) who is a lodger in our attic room. We are friendly and welcoming and generally a good laugh I think. I work in Medical Sales and Louise works in animal science. The childrens dad Guy (31) is friendly and does childcare from the house when its his turn so you will see him around also but he lives elsewhere most of the time. If im working away from home, he stays in the family home with the children.

This would suit somebody who has just moved to Bristol perhaps and needs a short term furnished place or is studying. It could turn into longer term if you are sound and everyone gets on.

The house is 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large living room and a kitchen diner. There are two enclosed parking spaces on our the front which we use but plenty of on street parking for you.

We like to have some fun and a few drinks occasionally but obviously it's a family home so we are pretty chilled and it's not exactly party central around here!

We can be flexible with how long you want to stay. We were thinking perhaps doing a short-term let, but if it works out well and you're nice then you can stay for longer.

We are basically just looking for someone who's really nice, quite relaxed and pleasant to be around. Interesting person with good conversation. Doesn't have to be really chatty though it you like to just do your own thing. Obviously we will try and make sure you are not getting harassed by the kids but this probably isn't the house for you if you flat out don't like children!! We are not accepting couples but would consider a solo person with a child as we have a cot and are fairly well set up for kids stuff.

We like spending time with friends, heading to softplays, eating out, listening to music, gardening.
