Double room for rent

**FEMALE preferred - Spare double bedroom that I am looking to fill** (currently my walk in wardrobe). I live in a lovely 2 bedroom flat that is very well kept with my two cats, so a liking for animals is a must. The flat is a house that’s converted into two flats, I live in the upstairs and have a loft conversion which is my bedroom. I’m looking for a chilled out female who likes her own space but also likes to chat from time to time (if not I totally respect that), who is also clean and tidy, and just wants a stress free environment. I’m very laid back and very easy to get on with, I’m a typical adult who gets excited over new washing powder, and would laugh at anyone asking me to go out after 9pm, cause the chances are I’m already in bed.
