Hi folks,

Lovely shared house in South Bristol (Headley Park/Bedminster Down) with 2 comfortable rooms available. We have one double and one single room downstairs that meet low budget needs ideal for short term contract workers, students and temporary stays. Downstairs room also comes with TV and garden access.

House comes with a smart and tidy shared living-dining space, bathroom, large garden and drive way parking, check out the pics! Good location is 15 minutes drive from the city centre with good bus links (76 and M bus stops) 5 minutes walk from the house for all your work, study, commuting and travel needs, also situated on the bus route for Bristol airport.

Myself, I'm laid back and generally spend my time working, playing squash, or spending time with friends. I enjoy cooking and hanging out, or happy if you want your own space. I also have a very cute cat called 'Baba' for anyone allergic or doesn't like cats/pets.

I've marked a minimum 6 months but happy with short term lets around 3 months. All bills are included with broadband, this is a bargain!
