Light and spacious sanctuary

We are a couple looking for a new housemate for our beautiful home. It feels very much like a sanctuary, a place with lovely views out the back and a big garden. We take alot of care to keep the house tidy and comfortable for everyone.

We enjoy going on van trips and spending time out in nature. I love to do yoga and meditation on the lovely deck most mornings.

We are looking for someone easy going, who is kind and caring. Someone who is fascinated by nature and our place in it.

The house is generally very chilled, in the evenings we might share dinner, have a fire in the garden, watch TV or read. We often both work from home.

The room itself is very big with a front facing window on a super quiet road. There is near to no cars at any time of day on the road which is amazing. We are a bus ride from the centre or 20 mins by bike.

It feels like a very homely home and we'd like to keep it feeling relaxing and friendly. Whilst we are sociable (I love dancing and live music and Alex used to be a DJ and music producer) we'd prefer not to live with someone who will often be inviting friends over and socialising in the house or partying late as beauty sleep is important to us!! ;-)

There is free street parking, the contract would be minimum a year. The landlords are really responsive and attentive and we appreciate the good relationship we have with them.

The room is available from early November, date TBC based on what fits best for the person moving in and the current housemate.
